Yea.I guess studying hard isn't good enough. I studied hard , in my own opinion. yet i couldn't be compared to lewis, who studied the day before. maybe this tells me that, studying so hard won't help ? or could it be that my standards for myself are too high ? i don guess so. e maths 64/100. ppl average 70plus plus. geography i thot could pull me up. 34.5/50. history... 17/25 today's definitely not my day. lost like 7 subjects to shawn. i guess my level ranking will drop greatly. haiz. byebye 6th position . its definitely gone . pride was at stake.. well, i just realised smth. i said i wanted to challenge cao sheng mao, i told shawn todae im gonna beat him in term 3. but, behind everything, what i realised was most important was that, besides beating everyone, the most important thing is to beat myself. nvm. no point crying over spilled milk. term 3 is the chance to prove to myself. exams are just here to test how well a person is able to recover from setbacks. i will bounce back. |
